Domestic Violence Restraining Order Representation (3MCLE credits) Taught by court personnel and seasoned family law practitioners, this class is geared toward licensed attorneys interested in representing either petitioners or respondents in domestic violence restraining order hearings. Instructor: TBD Location: TBD Friday, TBD, 2009 "The Basics" - Bankruptcy Law (3 MCLE credits) This class will reflect the most recent bankruptcy legislation; covering topics such as bankruptcy timelines, considerations in filing bankruptcy and effects of bankruptcy. Instructor: TBD Location: TBD Thurs, Fri & Sat, September 4,5,6, 2008 Introduction to Family Law (15 MCLE credits) Judges, commissioners, family law specialists and court personnel will lead you through 2 1/2 days of the procedural and substantive aspects of family law. This class is good for Lawyers in the Library volunteers or those new to family law.
