“Daniel’s” car was towed by police, and because he could not pay the fine, he left the car in police custody. A year later, a collection agency harassed Daniel about his outstanding fines, and he learned that his car has been sold. Now, Daniel needs representation because he is being sued for nearly $1,500.

“Howard” cut his right thumb on the job, and required surgery the same day. Since then, he has required two more surgeries and still requires rehabilitation therapy. Howard is unable to work because of his injury, and his employer has no insurance to cover his medical costs. His medical bills are more than $10,000, and have been referred to a collection agency.
“Yvonne” has a misdemeanor conviction in her past, which she disclosed on her employment application for her childcare job. Citing a new law requiring parental notification about criminal records, her employer fired her. Yvonne wants to clear her record and recover damages from her employer.
